  • Produce monthly studio broadcast of the Issue at Hand, a series that explores a range of community issues in Lowell, MA

  • Provide basic analysis and transcription of video's as part of a US Department of Education evaluation of community technology center's in Lowell, MA
  • Assist with interviewing of subjects and conduct some participant observer data
  • Log and transcribe video tapes
  • Provide base analysis of transcription including non-verbal communication
  • Ensure that interview protocol is followed
  • Provide interface with project's evaluator

  • Work with a team to conduct a 4-6 month organizational development planning process focussing on sustainability of Community Technology Centers in Lowell, MA
  • Assist Organizational Development Consultant in the process of sustainability planning with 13 non-profit organizations
  • Assist in the assessment of organizational needs
  • Work with consultant to conduct day-long retreat for program directors & executive directors
  • Assist with follow-up meetings and dissemination of planning documents
  • Work with Consultant to create reports and tools as part of a toolkit
