Community Teamwork, Inc. (CTI) is a private non-profit community-action agency for the Greater Lowell area. Established in 1965, Community Teamwork 's mission is to help low-income persons become self-sufficient, to alleviate the effects of poverty in our communities, and to empower low-income people to participate in the decisions affecting their lives. CTI does this by offering a number of programs to assist people with housing, childcare, early childhood education, energy assistance and much more.

Training

CTI offers training to Head Start parents, homeless families, YouthBuild trainees, senior citizens, and many other clients. GED and ESL classes and basic computer skills (familiarity with computer menus, keyboard, and toolbars as well as training in MS Word and MS Excel) are offered.

Future Plans

CTI recently migrated from NT to a Windows 2000 network environment. This upgrade provides added security and reliability and the tools to conduct business in an effective and efficient manner, allowing us more time to expand resources in other areas.
